During the week I work as a Security Engineer at Atlassian.
During the weekend, I do wedding photography and event production stuff, or sleep!
Itās hard to explain my jobs and hobbies, because thereās too many, and too many of them are intertwinedā¦
But itās basically a mixture of software, audio, lighting, video, photos, computer networks, and security.
I studied Computer Engineering at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Formerly I did Electrical Engineering, but I eventually found myself more fascinated with hardware design.
I wrote a thesis as part of my honours degree, if you want to read that!
Currently I have no idea what I really want to do with my life, but donāt we all š¤·āāļø
Code monkey, hardware hackerā¦ I make and break things - though mainly the latterā¦
My interests lie in network technologies, multimedia systems and dev o(o)ps - though realistically the reason I write software is so that I donāt have to pay for them.
I also do something involved with cyber security, but shh letās keep that a ā¦ secret ā¦ between you and mešµļøāāļø

When Iām not doing wedding photography, you can probably find me spending hours and hours in the exact same spot capturing the gorgeous landscapes and sceneries around us.
Orā¦ looking like a lunatic whilst carrying around a bunch of random lights for some creative portraits or light paintings.

Iām one of those people who you donāt know exist, until we mess up.
Thereās no hope for me in front of a camera or microphone, but I can sure make others look and sound good!
From corporate events like conferences, to weddings, to concerts, theatre and festivals - I mainly work as a live sound engineer (mixing audio) and broadcast engineer (video production and livestreaming), but basically Iām a ājack of all trades, master of none someā.
I program light shows from time to time but audio is definitely my strongest domain.
When I was younger I was forced to learn piano, then I was forced to learn clarinet, and then I was forced to learn saxophone.
Nowadays I may or may not have an unhealthy amount of guitars..
Sports? Table Tennis, and going on hikes/walks (if you consider that a sportā¦)
Sleep deprived? Absolutely.
Hotel? Trivago.
