Thermal Contact
- If energy can be exchanged in form of heat or electromagnetic radiation
- Energy is exchanged as a result of temperature differences
- Thermal contact does not require physical contact

Energy is exchanged due to a temperature difference.
This does not necessarily mean physical contact!
