Cyclotomic sets are sets whose numbers will repeat ($mod n$)
i.e in $GF(16) ( which is $mod 15$ )…
$K_1 = {1, 2, 4, 8}
$K_3 = {3, 6, 12 , 9}
etc…
Cyclotomic if $gcd(a, b) == 1$
